Before sending any returns, you must contact support@diamondpainting.com or your package will not be processed.
Also, we are unable to accept any returns or give refunds on custom kits as those kits are made images you provide.

You must include your name, order number and reason for return on a separate sheet of paper so that we can properly credit your account. We will process your return within 7 days of receipt unless the information is incomplete on your return.
We also suggest getting tracking numbers for any packages you return to us.
We can refund up to $10.00 in shipping costs via Gift Card only.
You will receive a full refund on the complete products you return.
